3D product animations for 3D Energy, created to tease a new Orange Cream flavor and promote Spicy Mango through bold, social-first visuals.
Challenge:
3D Energy needed short-form campaign visuals that could do two different jobs clearly: build anticipation for a new Orange Cream release, and promote Spicy Mango in a way that felt playful, memorable, and product-led.
Response:
I created two 3D animations with distinct moods and settings, using fast pacing, clear product focus, and strong visual hooks tailored to each flavor’s role in the campaign.
Approach
The animations were built around quick readability in social feeds: strong can presentation, concise visual storytelling, and environments that support each flavor concept without overwhelming the product.
The goal was not to repeat one visual formula. Each piece needed its own atmosphere, while still feeling connected through product focus, pacing, and finish.
The Published Pieces
The Orange Cream piece works as a teaser for a new flavor release and collaboration with Sam Sulek. It uses his silhouette, his cat, and a gym setting to build anticipation around the product while keeping the can and flavor reveal at the center.
The Spicy Mango piece takes a more lighthearted direction, placing the can inside a factory testing and containment setup before it breaks free for being too spicy to handle.
Published in Context
Both animations were published on 3D Energy’s Instagram, where they function as short-form campaign assets designed for fast engagement and clear product communication.
The goal was to make each flavor feel distinct while keeping the visuals bold, immediate, and easy to read in a social format.
Temporary showcase built from the published Instagram releases and selected stills.
